Arrival & Departure:
Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.
We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times. If you have any special requests please contact the office on bookings@capeluxuryvillas.com or via telephone on +27 21 434 1750.
Cancellation:
A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled 3 weeks prior to your date of arrival and subject to the condition that we are able to re-let the entire period of your confirmed reservation. Please note that 30% of the total accommodation charge per your reservation will be levied as a cancellation fee regardless. WE ADVISE YOU TO TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE.
Other Terms:
The proprietors are not responsible for loss or damage to property of, or injury to any guest, member of their family, visitor or any person whatsoever on the premises, arising from fire, theft or otherwise by whatsoever cause, or arising from negligence or wrongful act of the proprietors or any person in the employ of the proprietors.
Your account remains your responsibility until payment in full is received, notwithstanding the fact that the guest may have incurred the charges on this account in the course and scope of your employment of service of any company, business or person, and that such company, business or person may accept the liability for the payment of the account.
Your account is payable on presentation, and all overdue accounts shall have 2% interest per month levied. It is understood that you and/or your sponsoring company is fully liable for all and any legal expenses on an attorney and client scale, incurred in respect of the recovery of overdue amounts
